Promotion Period : The Promotion starts on Febraury 1, 2010 and ends on March 31, 2010 (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible to win a prize.

How to Enter : There will be two (2) entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”): (a) February 1 through 28, 2010 for the “February Drawing,” (b) March 1 through 31, 2009 for the “March Drawing,” Valid, completed entry forms received by Sponsor during an Entry Period will be entered into the drawing for such Entry Period. Designer handbag rentals will include an entry form and a Nintendo DSi handheld game system. To enter, (i) take one or more photographs of the rented handbag with the Nintendo DSi (the “Entry Photographs”) and return the rented designer handbag to Sponsor with the completed entry form and the Nintendo DSi storing the Entry Photographs, or (ii) send a postcard with your name, address, email address, and telephone number to Sponsor at Attn: Fashionably Fun Sweepstakes, From Bags to Riches, 855 Village Center Drive, Suite 341, St Paul, MN 55127.

Prizes :

(a) Prizes will be awarded as follows: One (1) winner will be selected for each Entry Period among eligible entries received during each such Entry Period. Each winner will receive (i) one (1) bejeweled Nintendo DSi handheld game system (approx. retail value (ARV) $420); (ii) one (1) DSi dust bag (ARV $5); (iii) winner’s selection of three (3) games for the Nintendo DS from the following choices: Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box (ARV $30), Mystery Case Files: Millionheir (ARV $20), Crosswords DS (ARV $20), Personal Trainer: Cooking (ARV $20), Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day! (b) The prize winner for the February Drawing will be notified on or around March 4, 2009 . The prize winner for the March Drawing will be notified on or around April 8, 2010 . Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 30 days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Actual model and color of each prize awarded may vary from photos. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Limit one prize per household or address. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). All federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Promotion Rules : Prize winners for each Entry Period will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during such Entry Period. The February Drawing will be held on or about March 2, 2009 ; the March Drawing will be held on or about April 4, 2010. Each prize winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. To claim a prize, winners should follow the instructions contained in their notification.
