There is no time limit. Keep it for a week, a month or more. There are NO late fees. You can even keep it for a lifetime if you decide to purchase it. The frequency of your bag rotation is completely up to you. The real fun is in your ability to change bags as often as you like.

With our service you are automatically covered for the first $100 of any wear and tear damage that may occur during the rental period. We do suggest you buy additional insurance for the full replacement cost with all your rentals. You will be asked at your checkout if you would like to buy full insurance coverage.

Answer: No, but we do run an authorization on the accounts of new users.
We receive no funds from this transaction, but many financial institutions choose to reserve the funds, making them temporarily unavailable to your account. For each Collection the amount authorized on your charge card per bag is: Palm Springs & Madison Avenue Collections $100, Rodeo Drive & Beverly Hills Collections $175, Monaco Runway $400, and Paris $700.

Answer: We run an authorization on the accounts of new users.

Question: When will the authorization charge be removed?
Answer: Your own bank will determine.
Your bank may choose to hold these funds until the bag is returned. If your credit card does not contain sufficient funds to allow the security deposit and rental fee to be processed, FBTR may at it’s discretion charge a $15.00 insufficient funds handling fee.

Question: Why was my credit card declined?
Answer: There are some things you can do to trouble shoot.
The billing address MUST match exactly with what your bank has on file for security reasons. Adequate funds should be available on your card to run the security authorization. If you have mis-entered your billing information please make the corrections to the "Your Account" page after you have logged in.

Question: How Do I Redeem My Gift Certificate?
Answer: It's quick and simple.
In order to pay with a gift certificate, simply follow the routine checkout procedure. When you reach payment options, select “pay with credit card.” Enter the code located on your gift certificate in the appropriate field click "recalculate". After entering the code, proceed through the rest of the checkout process as normal.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Question: Who pays for shipping and handling?
Answer: Free roundtrip shipping is included with your rental.
Your right to luxury should be hassle free and convenient so shipping is included in our low rental prices - no hidden charges – no late fees – no insurance fees. (some discounts may apply, see Club Diva). After you finish carrying a handbag, simply put it in its prepaid return carton and mail it back to us.

Question: When Does My Bag Rental Start and End?
Answer: We are committed to ensuring that your “bag time” is as long as possible.
Shipping is not considered a part of the rental period. Rental time does not start until the bag is delivered to your door. You are entitled to keep the bag for as many days as it was ordered. As an added convenience, FBTR sends all customers a reminder email notifying them of their return date before the bag is due. To avoid an automatic renewal charge, please make sure the bag is postmarked on its due date. Keep in mind that roundtrip shipping is included in all purchases.

Question: How long will it take to receive my bag after ordering?
Answer: Fast Shipping is assured.
After selecting your handbags they will arrive within 2-4 business days via FedEx ground. We reach more than 80% of our shoppers with generally two-day delivery. If the bag is not available, we will contact you and offer the option of waiting for the bag to become available or selecting a new bag to borrow.
