Returns & Exchanges

Follow the easy instructions below to return or exchange your item:

1. Obtain a return authorization number by contact us via email customerservice@frombagstoriches.com or our toll-free number 866-YAYA-BAG (866-929-2224). An RA number is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. To prepare your package for pickup: Replace the product in its original packaging include all items that were originally in the product box.

3. On the outside of the package, write in bold letters: Your RA number and the words "NetReturn Pickup".

If you don't follow this process, your credit or exchange may be delayed pending proof of delivery to our warehouse. Please follow the above directions or you will assume risk of loss and payment of return freight. At FBTR full discretion we may from time to time exercise the right to charge a $15 handbag restocking fee to first time users who do not comply with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
